How long would I have to wait for the delivery of the dispenser?

Our products are made with the utmost precision. Order completion time is a maximum of 21 days.

How are the stations powered (mains, rechargeable,

Offered disinfection stations have mains supply (230 V) and battery power. The customer can decide whether he prefers to use the mains connection or the battery. It is a universal, practical and economical solution in practice.

Is it possible to use any liquid for disinfection?

The station container can be filled with any kind of liquid for disinfection. However, the gel formula should not be used.

Is it complicated to use/maintain the device?

Using the device comes down only to refilling the liquid for disinfection.

Are the devices free standing, on a stand or on the wall bracket?

Offered hand sanitising stations are free standing. They can be placed anywhere with a possibility to move them if nessecary.

Are the products covered by warranty?

All our hand sanitizer devices come with a 12-month warranty.

Is the liquid for disinfection included in the package?

No. The liquid for the container must be purchased individually.

Can the single dose of liquid be adjusted?

On the basis of the conducted experiments we have determined the optimal dose of disinfectant needed for a single use. There is no possibility to reduce or increase the amount of liquid released.

What to do in case of a breakdown?

All of the issues with the device that are not included in the owners manual must be repoted directly to the seller.

How long does the battery last for?

A fully charged battery will last for up to 10000 applications or 14 days in standby mode.
